So, for you twitter + facebook user who wants to update your status simultaneously. You can use this great application to update your twitter account straight away from facebook.
Chris Dawson developed Twitter Updater for ease of use to update your twitter account. But as you see in his description, Facebook block the features to update your status automatically. I still don’t know the reason why facebook block it out. If you are interested to install the application. Just click the go to application above, you will be asked for your twitter username and password and then you can updates your status instantly. Make sure you are logged in to facebook first
