Some of us might wake up early in the morning because we have go to work. However, less of sleeping time, bad quality of sleeping and also lack of time management really take turns on your stamina and performance for the entire day. These are some tips for you whom always get a sleepy head in the morning;
01. Always put your alarm OUT OF your reachable area. Once your alarm is ringing, then it will push your body to wake and shutdown the alarm.
02. Open your eyes when your alarm clock rings and say ”Good Morning,day”
03. Forced your feet to get out of the bed immediately before your head says ”continue your dream”
04. Go to the bathroom, wash your face, head, and brush your teeth
05. Do some stretching, it works!
06. Get a small cup of coffe, don’t take much. Believe me it’ll make you sleep in an hour or two
07. If it is possible,do a 15 minutes jogging before showering
08. Take a cold water to bathe, it wakes you up and yet strengthen up your heart
09. Always have a breakfast,although it ’s just a single biscuit or juice. It gives nutrition for your brain to start working in an optimum way
10. Last but not least, Think fun!!

nice style of writing which is easy for people to read n follow the procedures of not becoming a sleepy headed person!
Try not to write in a first person manner (do not use the word “I, me, mine,etc) and mind some spelling mistakes or be consistent on the English you are using such as UK or American bcoz some words has different spellings (example:bathe)
