However, less of sleeping time, bad quality of sleeping and also lack of time management really take turns on your stamina and performance for the entire day. These are some tips for you whom always get a sleepy head in the morning;<span id="more-301"></span><!--more--></p>
<p><strong>01.</strong> Always put your alarm <strong>OUT OF</strong> your reachable area. Once your alarm is ringing, then it will push your body to wake and shutdown the alarm.</p>
<p><strong>02.</strong> Open your eyes when your alarm clock rings and say &#8221;Good Morning,day&#8221;<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>03.</strong> Forced your feet to get out of the bed immediately before your head says &#8221;continue your dream&#8221;<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>04.</strong> Go to the bathroom, wash your face, head, and brush your teeth<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>05.</strong> Do some stretching, it works!<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>06.</strong> Get a small cup of coffe, don&#8217;t take much. Believe me it&#8217;ll make you sleep in an hour or two<br />

<p><strong>07.</strong> If it is possible,do a 15 minutes jogging before showering<br />
<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>08.</strong> Take a cold water to bathe, it wakes you up and yet strengthen up your heart<br />

<p><strong>09.</strong> Always have a breakfast,although it &#8216;s just a single biscuit or juice. It gives nutrition for your brain to start working in an optimum way<br />

<p><strong>10.</strong> Last but not least, Think fun!!</p>
